Store Deputy is being built around one rule: the owner decides. This is what that means in practice.
Every change comes as a list: the product, the old value, the new value. You approve that exact list.
If a price was changed after you approved the list, that row is skipped and reported, not overwritten.
When a supplier code matches two products, or none, your deputy asks. It never picks one for you.
What was applied, what was skipped and why. It is there to check the next morning.
